Inspired by the tabletop RPG "Magical Kitties", this short animated film takes place on a street corner in the Bronx. But unbeknownst to the owner, their cat has superpowers. On a slow day, an armed robber enters the store. The cat uses their powers to scare the robber without waking the owner. It works! So much so, the cat’s secret remains safe, and the bodega is tidy like nothing happened.

While this short, action-packed film is for viewers of all ages, it is a homage to the Latino community and to immigrants from around the world who brought their culture to the city of New York. This film highlights themes of community and unity in preserving an important piece of New York history.
